Our return period lasts 7 days for exchange or store credit. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with price tags and other tags attached.
If items being returned were purchased by redeeming ACQUIRE+ Reward Points, the refund amount will be pro-rated accordingly. ACQUIRE+ Reward Points function as a discount so refunds match the discounted purchase price rather than the full retail value.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
